Was a fan of the show back in the day. Never could find it until seeing it in the store this past season. Had to get it.

I have always loved this series. Comics and anime included. So when I saw it, I had to buy it. No questions about it. It brings back some good memories.

This was a random gift for my sister and she said it was very entertaining.

Special effects are good. Better if you read the comic book series first.

Seriously, the show is ok. Had it been given a chance beyond the first season it may have really became something. Good packaging and great value at the 11.00 I bought mine for!

If you love the witch blade comics, then this is for you. It show how she got her power and the good she does with it and you love to beg watch shows then this should be on that list.

A supernatural cop dramady. Sadly watching this show now, it comes across as very dated, and the acting seems stilted.

This movie was far from what I was expecting and I did not like it at all.

I've never seen the comic book so I can't rate it according to the comic. The tv series had me on the first episode and I waited years for this series to come out on DVD. Very good casting and well written episodes. If you like Firefly, Tourchwood or the Dressen files then I think you would like this. The only thing I have to complain about is I couldn't find one of the features on the disc and they should have included the Witchblade movie.

this was an excellent series that i remember watching every week when i was younger. seeing it now, and fully understanding everything, it's even better! Based off the classic Top Cow comc books, this series is a must for any fan of the comics. it follows Officer Sarah Pezini after coming into contact with the fabled Witchblade, a bracelet that grants incredible power to it's bearer. sought after as a weapon for ulitimate power, she is hunted by those who would use it for evil. Basically anyone who likes Charmed, Buffy, Firefly, Birds of Prey, or any other comic book style sci-fi drama should really enjoy this show. i only wish the series hadn't been cut so short!

something you should ad to your collection if you are a comic book fan and if you own birds of prey and the flash tv shows . it can be a worth while investment .

Based on the graphic novel, Witchblade hit TV seven years ago. A bit of the supernatural, a bit of cops and some strange artifacts. This is one of those shows, similar to Firefly, that was a major cult favorite at the time. The stories are well developed. There is a good story arc over the length of the series. And some really interesting mysteries to pay attention to. If you haven't seen it, you're in for a treat. If you saw the show you've been waiting for it as well.

I was a huge fan of the comics and when the series came out I seriously thought I was going to be disappointed. Nice to know I was wrong. I loved the series and I wish it had lasted for more seasons. Each episodes got you wanting to see what comes next. Actors held true to the plot and its characters. I was pumped that it finally came out! If you don't have it already, get it!

I had copies on VHS & digital. I put the digital copies on DVD but you don't get the complete show when they put it on TV, some is always cut out for time. All the extra features are great & tell you more about the show if you never read the comics or animated version of Witchblade. Over all excellent & would recommend to a friend.

this was a great show. too bad the star was a lush and it got cancelled after one season

This is a series that might have benefited from better writing but managed to carry a decent story for a while. Worth watching but not particularly memorable.
