I love this chair. It’s comfortable has LED lights have music and subwoofer in the back once I want to clean I can fold it down and put it on the table. This is a premium good chair. I’ve recommended although it’s a little bit expensive but it’s a really good chair

This was a Christmas gift for my son. He loves the chair and it is of very good quality. My only issue with giving the 4 stars is because it's not height adjustable. We had to jerry-rig something to elevate the chair to the height of the desk

Comfortable chair. Great audio and vibration settings. LED lights are good. Armrests are not padded though and no adjustable headrest/height of chair. Back support is good.

Amazing chair, decently comfortable and overall another cool add to my gaming room. The armrests are made of metal and kinda uncomfortable to rest on for too long but I made some covers that fixed that. It doesn’t connect very well to the Xbox S/X but it’s still good enough to play comfortably. The vibrations aren’t as dynamic or ‘smart’ as I’d hoped they’d be but it still adds enough environment to the overall gaming experience. Colors of the led lights are also a nice touch but I was also hoping they’d have more options for all the colors instead of set colors having set options. Overall happy with the chair though and it’s definitely staying permanently.

This was an open box item. We were skeptical as the chair parts were just thrown in the box and booklets were missing. After putting it together there were two bolts to the chair arms that were missing. We did however discover a bonus hot wheels dicast car in the box. Hence the thrown in parts. Everything works perfectly, lights, vibration, speakers. I purchase this for my grandson for his birthday. Hopefully its a gift that keeps on giving.

The chair is super comfy it is a little rigid and obviously it does have some size to it but having it hooked up to the sound system does make it a little more immersive when playing games and all the lights are definitely a big ad as far as bragging rights for my son. It's a great game chair.

The chair is comfortable but it is misrepresented in the specifications. The specs say it has padded armrests and adjustable headrest neither one is true.

It is so comfortable and colorful and the surround sound is awesome.

This Negative Review is completely directed to the seller and not in any way directed to Best Buy. I received from the seller an incomplete chair. I tried for days work with the seller (not best buy) it was actually XRocker. They could not even send me the parts that were missing so that I could assemble the chair and use it. I was missing the power supply cord (they could not even come up with that). At the end the seller (XRocker) just asked me to return to best buy for a full refund or a replacement chair. Best Buy delivered fast and had a great price for the XRocker Evo 4.1.

Awesome chair! The light display is really nice! The surround sound is great! Really feel all the vibrations thrue the chair!

Son really loves this chair. Its really sturdy and love the LEDs on the chair.

The chair is dope and is exactly as pictured. It really sturdy which is what I was looking for. I just wish it had a built in mic that was incorporated into the system along with the speakers. Maybe in the next edition.
