Xerox....hero to zero.

This particular printer was taken out of the box, hooked up and proceeded to JAM at every print attempt. Item was delivered on 7/16/26 and installed in a business on 8/10/26. Best Buy says it is no longer returnable even though its in a 30 day window. Have messaged the apparent original seller (Staples) and am awaiting a response.
