Perform as advertised a must have for the X tool M2 to operate at its

This purifier works great. I didnt expect laser engraving to produce as many fumes/soot/smells as it does. I was using the window for my exhaust tube, and it was still almost unbearable. The moment i hooked up the purifier it completely eliminated all of my concerns. Had to change the prefilter after about 2 weeks of engraving. I do wish there was more prefilters in the package though, as some material makes more soot than others. e.g. cork/wood

This works great for filtering smoke and dust, but if you're working with certain materials, it does not do so well with the smells. It's does help some, but would be better to use an inline fan and vent out the window if you can. If not, it will do a decent enough job and the smells do go away after a short time.

In general it works great, not too loud. The cables to connect it to the laser are stuffed into the hose. Filter replacements are very expensive, and it does clog pretty quick. I buy filter material form Home Depot and cut my own.

It works very well. definitely the first thing you got to buy before using.

If you're using your machine everyday, this won't be enough. Less than a month and I already need the $100 replacement. For $300 you are better off hanging an exhaust hose out of a window.
