Worth It for the Peace of Mind I originally signed up for the Best Buy Plus membership because I shop at Best Buy often enough that I figured I might as well take advantage of the extra benefits. I honestly didn’t expect to think much about the membership after joining, but I’ve been pleasantly surprised by how useful it is. What I appreciate most is that the benefits are actually practical. The member pricing and exclusive deals can make a real difference on purchases, and the extended return window gives me a little more breathing room when I’m deciding whether something is truly right for me. I also like having access to special promotions that I wouldn’t necessarily get as a regular shopper. Technology is expensive, so anything that helps me save money while making purchases with a little more confidence is valuable to me. Instead of feeling like another subscription I forgot I was paying for, Best Buy Plus feels like a membership I can actually use. If you already shop at Best Buy throughout the year, I think it can easily be worth the cost — especially if you take advantage of the member-only offers. So far, I’m happy I joined, and I’m looking forward to seeing how much value I can get from it over the full year.

Great products that work seamlessly with one another. I didnt see the DJI action 4 camera in store but when the salesmen brought it out whilst grabbing the mic mini from the backroom I couldnt pass it up. It has improved my video making quality and made it so much easier to edit everything as well. I will definitely be going back for any of my future video making needs and upgrading my DJI equipment eventually, but for now the action 4 and my DJI mini 2 drone are producing incredible quality footage for use on my youtube channel and the mic mini has really up'd the quality of my audio as well as made it so easy to capture my adventuring moments as i experience them which is very important for me to convey to my viewers. It was a total game changer investing in this equpiment and the best buy team that i encountered were professional, helpful & super kind!

What captured me in the store was the above TV on display. The picture was so clear and vibrant. This resulted in my comparing every other TV I looked at to the Sony. Since Best Buy offered free delivery and set-up, I was "sold" on the purchase. The sales staff was terrific at answering my questions and helping me through the process. The TV is in my living room which is a very bright room (mostly windows). This has not negatively affected the picture quality at all. I also discussed a sound bar for the TV but ultimately decided against it. Because of the sound system intrinsic in the TV, I have good quality sound. The TV was set-up by a technician from Best Buy and he explained the remote and the features for the TV. After a few practice sessions, I found the TV easy to use. I considered the purchase of a new TV a major purchase and I think that this was a great choice. I have had the TV for almost three weeks now and cannot identify any negative aspects of it. The addition of "RGB" has really set a high standard for the picture quality. I have owned Sony TVs in the past and look forward to many years of enjoyment with mine.

Excellent Foldable Phone I’m very impressed with the Motorola Razr Fold 2026. The foldable design is stylish, practical, and makes the phone easy to carry while still providing a large, enjoyable display when opened. I especially like how versatile it feels for everyday use, whether I’m checking messages, browsing, watching videos, or multitasking. The phone also has a premium feel and a modern design that stands out. The folding mechanism makes it convenient to use in different situations, and the overall experience has been smooth and enjoyable. After using it, I feel the Motorola Razr Fold 2026 is a great choice for someone who wants a modern smartphone with a unique design and the flexibility of a foldable display. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase.

We were a little hesitant about spending the extra money for the Speed Queen but we saved by purchasing an open box machine that looks pristine. Some reviews said that the SQ TC5 was noisy but we think it is quieter than our old Kenmore, especially, on the spin cycle. I like the extra rinse feature to get all the soap residue off the laundry because as we get older our skin is more sensitive. Some reviews say that the TC5 is rough on fabrics but my wife puts anything delicate in a washer laundry bag and we've had no issues. Some reviews also say that the 3.2 CF capacity is too small but it suits the 2 of us very well as we have washed some sizeable loads including bedding with no issues. The TC5 seems to wash clothes so quickly that it is usually done before I go and check on it. The open box TC5 that we purchased was matte black so we thought that we would have to get a matching colored dryer. We may do so someday but our old white dryer works fine s o we found some matching matte black appliance paint and highlighted parts of the dryer to match our new washer. (see attached pic)I never thought that I would enjoy doing laundry but I actually do enjoy using this TC5.

I bought a Dell slim line desktop computer. Got a very good deal on it. The sales men really worked with me and made sure I had every thing I needed. Also purchased a new monitor to match the newer technology. The computer is very fast, lightweight and very quiet. You can hardly tell it's running. The only comment I have about it was it came with no manual and in a generic looking box. But it works great

The one feature I wanted was keyboard backlight lighting. Weird that most laptops in the same group don't. Keyboard is great! One feature I don't like is not enough USB ports, like most laptops now. So I had to buy an Insignia at Best Buy that has 4 more ports. I just tried to upload a picture. A bit challenging selecting a picture from my folder. I then tried dragging the picture to Images. Nothing happened, but after 5--9 seconds it was here.

Its nice to have when purchasing expensive items as it typically pays for itself and occasionally throughout the year saves ya points. It saved me roughly $60 on the laptop provided in the photos. Overall… I highly recommend when purchasing anything $300+

Our 2 1/2 year old KitchenAide refrigerator developed a condensation problem by the ice maker. Geek Squad came out to diagnose the problem and determined that we needed a new door for the freezer. Unfortunately a new door was not available and the only solution was to get a new refrigerator. Luckily we had a 3 year service plan that we purchased when we bought the original refrigerator so we were able to get a new fridge. Of course they don’t make our model anymore so we had to upgrade at additional cost. The new model KitchenAide is also a “counter depth” size. The specs say it has a little less cubic feet than the old one but the interior layout allows for plenty of storage. The shelves in the door hold double the bottles and jars. We have only had the refrigerator for a short time but are very happy with it so far.

I purchased the "My Best Buy Plus Yearly Membership" because I purchased a Sony 85" TV. I already have a 65" Sony TV that I purchased at Best Buy but I wanted a bigger size to make a theater room. I am enjoying my 85" TV which has great sound and picture quality. The Plus Membership is very important to purchase because it gives you key perks in addition to the warranty. I am planning on upgrading to the "My Best Buy Total Membership. I love my Sony TVs and I am getting ready to purchase another Sony TV. I want to thank Best Buy for providing a great selection of Sony TVs with great prices.

I’ve been using the Best Buy Plus Membership for a while now and honestly, it’s been amazing. The exclusive member deals alone have saved me so much money, especially on electronics and accessories I was already planning to buy. I also love the free 2-day shipping and the extended 60-day return window — it makes shopping so much less stressful. I feel like I can buy with confidence knowing I have extra time if I need to exchange or return something. Another huge plus is getting early access to special sales and popular products before they sell out. If you shop at Best Buy even a few times a year, this membership is absolutely worth it. I’m genuinely so happy I signed up for it!

I didn't expect to go to Best Buy today but I did. I was number 25 in line and got there 7 minutes before opening. I wasn't able to get an ETB but I did get 4 Booster Packs and 1 Mega Clefable Tin. Talk about being in the right place at the right time. I opened just the Tin and decided to hold the packs. On the last pack in the Tin, I oulled the chase. The Mega Greninja ex SIR... Speechless, all of the cards lined up in my favor. No pun intended but wow, everything aligned for me to get that Tin with the hit.

Highly recommend if you’re purchasing a TV that you’re uncertain about. The extended 60 day return window allowed me to properly vet a TV in my home & evaluate if it met my needs.

★★★☆☆ I signed up for the Best Buy Plus yearly membership a couple of weeks ago after being told in-store that there would be exclusive member events and benefits. So far, I haven't received any invitations or information about any exclusive events, which was one of the main reasons I joined. The membership does offer discounts on certain products, but most of the deals I've seen haven't been on items I'm interested in purchasing. Because of that, I haven't found much value in the membership yet. It's not a bad program, but at this point I haven't noticed enough benefits to justify the cost. If the exclusive events and member perks become more active, I may change my opinion in the future.

Over all its pretty goodhad issue with what i had originally bought. It was an open box purchase. Found out after setting it up that the real rt speaker would not connect via bluetooth. Took it back and Mr. SCHOEMAKER THE MGR. TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING LIKE THE BOSS HE REALLY IS. VERY HAPPY WITH PURCHASE AND EVEN HAPPIER WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFERED TO ME BY MR. SCHOEMAKER. GREAT JOB SIR GREAT JOB!!! OH sorry for the all caps...

I wish I had more money to spend because if I did, then I would definitely keep this subscription. This subscription is so great, and the warranty is amazing. Definitely recommend for everyone.

Recently bought a LG washer and dryer all in one and with the membership was able to get a really good additional discount and service. install guys came exactly at 10am which is really rare in the US, also did excellent job in installing. highly recommend

I got this in case I need to make a return up to 60 days after purchase. It has already paid for itself worth a 3D Printer that died on Day 16. I returned it to Best Buy with no questions asked and bought a different printer.

This was definitely worth the money. I get so many deals and notifications about said deals.

I’ve had the older generation of these headphones, I like the fact that they’re lighter than other earbuds and stay in my ears. Good sound (I’m not an expert on sound) but good enough for me. The only issues I have is that on both, older and the new generations the microphone stopped working within a week so I can’t make phone calls while using them. I sometimes lose connection with my phone for a second if I’m being active but that doesn’t bother me. Also I’ve been having trouble connecting with the app to check the battery. Once again I wasn’t looking for state of the art headphones and just the fact that they fit my ears is good enough for me, as I’ve tried several other brands such as beats and apple earbuds (using the ear tips) and they kept falling off
