Personally, i bought an Asus Zephyrus G14 laptop (as shown in the photo), and getting warranty on it alone was much more expensive than just getting the bestbuy membership. On top warranty, i get all the above benefits for cheaper. Highly recommend.

I bought this to fly my X-Plane 12. I first tried to use my Mac PowerBook, but it just did not have the capabilities to use 3 separate monitors. So I bought my first PC ever. I have been very pleased. I am able to run 4 separate monitors, which really adds to the realism. However, if I had to do it over, I would upgrade the graphics card a notch or two. On occasion, I get a message that the computer slows down a bit. With that said, it is really not noticeable. In a hour of flight time, I may loose a couple of minutes. On my PowerBook, it would take an hour to fly a 30 minute flight.

Best decision i made was to buy this with my Laptop. They provide good protection against damage, price match is the best thing as well. Saved $400 dollars on my laptop and was refunded a month or two after purchasing my laptop due to blackfriday sales. Was very easy to claim the refund which more than paid for my bestbuy plus membership.

The product is high quality, and meets all my needs. I received personal service in store to direct me to the Best product. Having dealt with many vendors as many have, the product, the price, the support, the service on the purchase is superior in every way. We can buy “things” anywhere, but at Best Buy, customers, like me, get the Best of all possible worlds!

Along with a purchase of a TV, adding the membership was a no brainer to cover a longer warranty period and get benefits of the membership itself. Downsides were hard to find considering the deal lowered the price of the total purchase essentially covering the membership price.

I bought this TV at Best Buy and I’m really happy with it. The picture quality is sharp and vibrant, the 75” screen feels super immersive like in a theater, and the Tizen system is fast and easy to use. Great value for the price, and as a premium member I got 15% of discount—definitely recommend! Side note: the custom service 5/5 stars, both the cashier and the person who helped carry the tv were nice and efficient, experts in what they do. (Best Buy never disappoints)

This just depends on the type of consumer you are if you are a tech geek and always buys a lot of new things that come out this membership helps a lot because there are a lot of perks such as discounts and the coverage for your MacBook if you bought a MacBook or you decided you’re gonna buy . If you’re just the average Joe like myself, I’d recommend buying the membership. Only if you are the type that needs peace of mind and some kind of insurance if you just simply don’t care about coverage or you’re just gonna make one purchase and one purchase only or you make a purchase once in a few years, then the membership wouldn’t really be much of a asset to you. Overall, when I’ve had to speak to someone from Best Buy, the experiences have always been fast, simple and straight forward.

It was cheaper to buy the subscription than to pay out of pocket to fix my computer. I’ve also helped out some friends by letting them use my subscription.

This is definitely the best plan for the money. Geek squad has repaired and upgraded four of my computers that I did not buy at Best Buy, saving me hundreds if not thousands of dollars in computer repairs and purchases.

I purchsed DJI drones, Sony a7iv, action cameras, and other devices for hobbies it has come in handy so many times. Even if you dont live crazy like me you should get it it for the protection plans. ANYTHING can happen and nothing hurts more than 5K down the drain man.

My Best Buy Total has been a great investment. They got my laptop up and running after a hacking event which was the initial reason for the purchase. Since then i have bought quite a few items that have been awesome and having the total protection has been a time money and headache saver.

It's been a week and so far so good. We love the beverage center. There is a ton of room. Plus it runs very quiet.

On December 8, 2023, I bought the Nintendo Switch Oled at the Coral Springs store and I had the best experience, in the attention, the treatment, the cordiality, the kindness, the patience of the person who served me, named Stephanie, she more that a saleswoman made me feel as if a family member was taking care of me, very apart from all her excellent attention, she gave me information on benefits that the store provided that I did not know about, although I have usually bought there for years. Like many of us, we make efforts to acquire something for our children or family, or friends.... or for yourself that day I left the store happy and grateful and I absolutely recommend it.

Five stars for Best Buy's Geek Squad! My son's gaming PC conked out on him, and we were devastated. We took it to Best Buy, hoping for the best. The Geek Squad was fantastic! They quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything clearly, and even offered some tips for preventing future issues. Within a few days, the PC was back in perfect working order, better than ever! The Total Tech Support warranty made the whole process seamless and stress-free. We can't thank the Geek Squad enough for saving the day. If you ever need tech repair, look no further than Best Buy!

It is totally worth it to feel taken care of - I had an issue and happened to be on the road and they switched out my laptop with no issues.
