Great gift idea.I bought two. Kept one and gave one as gift to my daughter. The program lets you know if you're performing the exercises correctly and guides you to ensure you get the maximum effectiveness out of your workout. My personal trainer. Love it.

I love this because it shows you yourself as you exercise. The fact I got it so inexpensively is also a winner

This exercise program has many perks including the video camera that helps you see and correct your moves. While it is a great idea, the camera can be a problem if you get too much sunlight from nearby windows or not enough light in the evening. I like that you can chose which equipment you use (step, stability ball or hand weights). I wish the routines offered some flexibility. For instance, I can't do crunches due to abdominal surgery but there is no way to skip or block that exercise. When it comes up I get low scores for not following along.

Great little item to use with the Wii system to stay fit while exercising.

It's a little better than Wii fit cause you see yourself not a Mii that looks overwhelming

This game's graphics aren't as updated as the ones now-a-days obviously, but it gets the job done as far as tracking your movements and telling you when to adjust. I do wish the menu was a bit clearer but overall it is fun to play. Even my daughter plays it. The camera works great, I was not expecting such a clear visual of myself. That is much better than expected.

Paid $5 for this game and it's not bad. Can't go wrong for only $5

This is a very good deal and does what it says. The workout gets your heart pumping and the body scan with the camera is really helpful.

I got this on sale. The camera impressed me on how the picture quality. The game was okay for the price.

Works pretty well for old technology. Too bad this was the only wii game of its kind.
