Great for personal use in rooms or meetings to have no wondering eyes to see what you are doing on your phone and life time guarantee. Cracks or breaks the completely cover and ask if they can replace to ensure that product is on properly.

Screen protector looked and felt nice, the 1st time the phone dropped (new iPhone 16) the screen protector broke and cracked in a web pattern. <2 weeks from purchase date!

I’ve tried out many screen protectors and this is second to none, my phone slipped out my pocket while I was at the top of a highschool stadium and screen protector was cracked but my phone screen was perfectly fine. It has a really good privacy screen too

I purchased a ZAGG screen protector from Best Buy because it was advertised with a lifetime replacement guarantee. When my screen protector needed to be replaced, I went to my local Best Buy expecting them to honor that guarantee as they had in the past. Instead, I was told that Best Buy no longer replaces that particular ZAGG model. My options were to contact ZAGG directly, accept a lower-quality replacement with only a $10 credit, or pay an additional $10 for a stronger privacy screen protector. I didn't want a privacy screen protector, but I also didn't want to downgrade the protection on my phone, so I felt pressured into paying extra for a product I never wanted. I contacted Best Buy customer service to explain that this wasn't consistent with the lifetime guarantee that influenced my original purchase. Unfortunately, the response was essentially, "too bad." There was no meaningful attempt to honor the original promise or provide an equivalent replacement at no additional cost. A lifetime guarantee should not disappear simply because a retailer changes how it handles replacements. If the original product is no longer available, customers should receive an equivalent replacement without being forced to pay more or accept an inferior product. This experience has left me disappointed in Best Buy's customer service and much less confident in the value of the warranties and guarantees they promote.
