The drawer opens and closes slower than anticipated but the microwave itself works good. The display went out after 1 month and I'm trying to see if the warranty will take care of that. Frustrating but I'm hopeful they will resolve to my satisfaction.

Installation was easy. Looks beautiful and has wired well. Great way to update kitchen and get microwave off top of countertops, freeing up space. Make sure where you install your microwave drawer supports the weight. Review your instal specs.

If I could give this item zero stars, I would. We purchased it in October 2022. Within months the screen stopped working. I called Zline customer service and after waiting over a hour over the phone to get a human, the recording said no one is available and to send an email instead. The “automatic” closure button for the door never truly worked. You had to press it twice because the door never fully closed. Today, the microwave just stopped working and it’s making a horrible noise. I called customer service and they require a “video” of the microwave showing what the problem is. This is not a cheap microwave to go through all these problems in such a short period of time and then to have to jump through hoops to get it fixed. It’s not worth it.

Absolutely love this. Smooth operation. Easy install in new kitchen cabinets. It is spacious and easy to clean.

I’m disappointed that some of the options I had on a previous microwave aren’t available such as sensor reheat, baked potato and several others. However it looks good and works fine

Excellent for this price point. we've had GE Profile for over 20 years and wanted to make a change. This microwave in near the movie room and performs quite well, very pleased so far.

The product is fine, but unpredictable. By the extended warranty. Our first one started sparking due to a know issue where the wheels rubbed off the enamel coating of the metal walls. It also doesn’t vent at all, so rice and other foods leave a lot of condensation in the microwave.

Although getting this microwave took much much longer than anticipated, It more than meets expectations. I was also impressed with the service man who delivered and set it up. He did an exceptional job.

Microwave look nice and work fine however, unless the door is properly aligned the microwave will not work. Spending so much money, the microwave door should be able to open upon completion of use. Shouldn’t have to push open once food is done.

These are the way to go nowadays! So happy with the built in look instead of the OLD conventional countertop versions!

This is the only microwave people should have. No more microwave taking up counter space!

Love the microwave.. packaging arrived torn and microwave dented. Assistance with buying at the store was excellent. Packaging and delivery were unsatisfactory

Love it was really easy to install and easy to use.

This is the worst microwave I have ever owned. We have now had it replaced three times. Forest 2 times were for arching now this third time is due to the cook function not working. We purchased the initial microwave in January of 2022. If you can avoid purchasing this defective product please do so.
