A HIP HOP CLASSIC OF LIFE & DEATH IN WATTS
MENACE II SOCIETY is again another Criterion Collection release of one memorable example of modern cinema genius. A reminder of the hopelessness of violence and existence on the streets of Watts in 1990's Los Angeles for a young man growing having to grow up under the influence of his ruthless drug dealing father.
