Clutch is an understatement
I was in a pinch. Needed an affordable laptop for my car. Specs are perfect not too high, not too low. Nice mid grade, cheap, utilitarian laptop. Tuning platforms tend to run on this operating system so I ran in. Copped this for like $100, loaded it up. And boom. Was able to tune my car with it. A lifesaver. You dont always need a flagship model, sometimes the entry level will suffice.
