Great experience, I love the computer
The computer is a great bargain for the price and it is fast, meets my every need. I wanted a Windows 11 Pro computer with good performance and a good price, and I found it in the Lenovo M75s Gen 2 with the AMD Risen 5 PRO chip. The price included the Windows 11 Pro license, making it even more of a bargain. I especially want to point out two things, first of all the computer is VERY QUIET in fact I haven't heard the fan at all yet. This is very important to me. Second, I really want to compliment S J Computers, an official Microsoft Authorized Refurbisher in Minnesota. Any time I had a question, whether I contacted them by phone or email, they responded quickly and were always very courteous and professional. Last, I want to compliment Best Buy, where I have bought most of my electronics. I have never had a bad experience there, whether ordering online or at a store. I use this as my home PC. I don't game so I can't comment about that.

Great little pc
Order to make this a emulation console. It came super fast with shipping even before it said it would. Pc came clean and exactly as advertised. Just know what youre getting and its a great deal.

It's okay. Average basic machine.
It's okay. Got it for my wife. Didn't realize it doesn't come with a CD drive. Gave away the keyboard; it's pretty bad. We needed a basic Win 11 machine, and this is what it is. it's okay for what it is.

Not sure about this company
I bought this refurbished computer from Best Buy SJ computers when it arrived it could not maintain a wireless signal to my router and it kept repeatedly wanting to restart I bought this one March the 11th 2026 and it is now March 27th of 2026 and they told me that they do not have a replacement for my computer but I could upgrade for an additional cost well I asked him for a price list of what upgrades they were talking about having to be done to a computer that was supposed to have been refurbished and sent out for sale now I can't get a response from the company and I have yet to use my computer even if they send it back to me my return window to best buy is closed
