Very disappointed with this air fryer, the coating on the tray peeled off after frying the ribs at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. I bought this product 3 weeks ago, would appreciate if this product can still be returned.

I purchased this product when it was on sale..and i have enjoyed using it...it makes cooking eaay and clean up even better...i am very pleased

I was excited about getting a digital air fryer. The unit works well and heats up quickly. So far, I have done fried okra, it comes out nice and crispy each time. And, I have also done the French toast sticks. Unfortunately, I burned them a bit because I left them in too long. It is easy to set the temperature and time, just press the pads. I do not like the inner food basket handle because you have to lift it up with another utensil, then reconnect it to the food basket to lift the food basket out. I also had an issue with lining the outer basket back up and pushing it back into the unit. I am going to keep the unit because I like the digital features but I did consider returning it because of the food basket design. That is a flaw to me.

Loved it! works great! have to testing different dishes and been happy so far. Saves time and keep it healthy. Not sure if the heat it produces is any harmful similar to microwave or not. But, recommend buying it to reduce oil content in food.

We thought that this air fryer worked well, but the basket was not well designed. The basket of course gets hot and it was in two separate parts. Our current air fryer has a basket that is integrated into the handle and releases for cleaning.
