2. ADMINISTRATOR: Probability, LLC ("Administrator"), 2 Woodstock Meadows Lane, P.O. Box 1484, Woodstock, New York 12498.

3. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is only open to entrants who are: (a) legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia or Puerto Rico; and (b) at least eighteen (18) years of age (or age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older). Winners of any Sweepstakes sponsored by Best Buy Stores, LP within the last six (6) months are not eligible to enter or win. Employees, affiliate employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, Administrator, and their respective advertising, promotion, fulfillment or production agencies (collectively, "Sweepstakes Entities"), as well as the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of any Sweepstakes Entity are not eligible to enter or win. "Immediate family members" shall mean spouse, mother, father, brother, sister, and children. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year, whether related or not. Void where prohibited by law.

4. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Central Time ("CT") on August 9, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM CT on August 23, 2026 ("Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's computer is the Sweepstakes’ official clock.

5. SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY:

You may enter the Sweepstakes in two ways:

(1) Enter online by uploading a photo of your technology -

If you are a My Best Buy™, My Best Buy Plus™, or a My Best Buy Total™ Member, you can enter online at bestbuy.com/60thsweeps (“Website”) found on Bestbuy.com.  On the Website, you must complete the entry form by providing: your full name, e-mail address, phone number and uploading a current photo of your existing  technology regardless of age or whether in working order ("Photo").  Photo must be submitted online as part of the entry form (e-mail attachments will not be accepted). PHOTO MUST BE SOLELY YOUR ORIGINAL WORK THAT IS BOTH CREATED AND OWNED BY YOU. 

Photo file attachment must be in one of the following formats: JPG, JPEG, or PNG. Total file size must be no larger than 30MB.

Entry must be created for the sole purpose of this Sweepstakes  (DO NOT COPY OTHERS’ WORKS, IN WHOLE OR IN PART. YOU MUST OTHERWISE COMPLY WITH THE CONTENT GUIDELINES BELOW AND OTHER TERMS HEREIN). The Photo should only include the existing technology and possibly you as the entrant. IF PHOTO DOES NOT INCLUDE EXISTING TECHNOLOGY, THE ENTRY IS VOID AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.  Do NOT include personal information (e.g., your name, e-mail address or phone numbers) in the Photo itself; if Photo contains personal information, it is your sole responsibility to remove all such personal information from the Photo. Photo must comply with these Official Rules in all respects, including without limitation, the Content Guidelines below.

Once submitted, Photos become the sole property of Sponsor and cannot be modified by entrant. By submitting a Photo, entrant gives permission (and warrants and represents that they have obtained all rights necessary to give such permission and grant the license herein described to Sponsor, and its designees. Entrant hereby grants Sponsor and its designees a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, sub-licensable, non-exclusive license (herein “License”) to use entrant's photo, name, likeness and all other information about the entrant contained in the photo (if and as applicable) on any media and through any means now known or hereafter devised, including without limitation, the World Wide Web, and to otherwise use entrant's photo, name, likeness and all other information about entrant in the photo (if and as applicable) and make derivative works therefrom, without compensation in accordance with the requirements of this Sweepstakes and the advertising, promotion, and publicity of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor and its designee’s products and services, and otherwise, as stated in these Official Rules (as solely determined by Sponsor and its designees)   such License will be confirmed by potential winner upon Sponsor’s request and potential winner agrees to timely complete, sign and deliver any and all necessary documents, including without limitation, documents setting forth any licenses, releases and indemnities that Sponsor in its sole discretion may require, without condition or compensation of any kind. Sponsor’s failure to receive all documentation from entrant within the prescribed timeframe, in each instance as required by Sponsor in its sole discretion, will result in the disqualification of the entry and the selection of another entry as a potential winner.

Entry Limit: My Best Buy™ members receive one (1) entry and My Best Buy Plus™ and My Best Buy Total™ members receive four (4) entries into the Sweepstakes per day during the Sweepstakes Period^a. Multiple entries and/or mass entry attempts in violation of the preceding limits may result in disqualification of all entries by such person/email address. Entries must be manually key-stroked by the entrant; use of automated entry devices or programs, or entries by third parties by any method of entry, are prohibited. Entries that do not conform to or that violate these Official Rules or are submitted in any manner other than stated in these Official Rules will be disqualified. Sponsor and Administrator will not be responsible for late, lost, incomplete or misdirected entries. Proof of submission of entry does not constitute proof of receipt of same even if receipt of same is acknowledged by Sponsor or Administrator. All entries must be submitted in their entirety prior to 11:59 PM CT on August 23, 2026. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator and Sponsor, which are binding and final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

(2) Enter without becoming a My Best Buy Member or uploading a Photo-

If you are not a My Best Buy™, My Best Buy Plus™, or My Best Buy Total™ Member^b, you may enter by sending in a business-size (#10) envelope with your handprinted  name, address, e-mail address (REQUIRED) and city/state on a 3x5 notecard to Best Buy® 60th Anniversary Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 1559, Social Circle, GA 30025-1559^c. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by August 24, 2026, and received by August 31, 2026. Regardless of entry method, there is a limit of four (4) entries per person per day. For mail-in entries, the postmark date of the envelope containing the 3x5 notecard will be used to apply the entry limit (provided that the envelope is received by August 31, 2026). Violation of entry limit via any means may result in disqualification from Sweepstakes.

^a My Best Buy™ members who enter online by submitting a Photo may receive three (3) additional entries each day by submitting a 3x5 notecard to the designated address as per entry method #2 above.

^b You may become a member or upgrade your membership at any time during the Sweepstakes Period.  If you become a member or upgrade your membership during the Sweepstakes Period, additional entries will only be available prospectively.

6. CONTENT GUIDELINES FOR PHOTOS:

DO:

• Feature technology as the primary subject of the photo.
• Submit a clear, well-lit photo.

DON'T:

• Include personal information on the Photo
• Submit a Photo that you didn’t personally take on your own. DO NOT USE AI TOOLS, FILTERS/PHOTO EDITING TECHNOLOGY OR COPY AN IMAGE FROM THE INTERNET.
• Include third-party logos or copyrighted content (but, you MAY include the brand name of the applicable manufacturer as it appears on the technology provided that it is not modified in any way).
• Submit a Photo which shows existing technology being operated in an unsafe manner or in violation of the manufacturer’s usage instructions. PHOTOS SHOWING RECKLESS OR DANGEROUS ACTIVITY WILL RESULT IN AUTOMATIC DISQUALIFICATION.

In addition to complying with the above and all other requirements of these Official Rules; each Entry must comply with the following guidelines ("Content Guidelines"). Any Content that Sponsor or Administrator, in their sole discretion, determines is in violation of any Content Guideline may be disqualified from the Contest.

Each Entry/Photo: (i) must be the wholly original and sole creation of the entrant, and all right, title and interest including but not limited to the copyright must be owned solely by the submitting entrant; (ii) may not infringe upon any third party’s rights, including but not limited to, copyright, patent or trademarks/tradenames/logos, or rights of privacy or publicity except the brand name of the applicable manufacturer as it appears on the technology without modification of any kind, or contain material that is or may be considered misleading, inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous or libelous, or portray or depict any person, product or entity in a false light; (iii) may not violate any law, rule or regulation; (iv) may not contain any virus, bugs, or other deleterious material; (v) may not contain content that, for example but is not limited to, reflects, advocates or promotes bigotry, racism, hatred, harm or exploitation of or against any class, group or individual, discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age, or actions or activities that are restricted, prohibited, illegal or unlawful (including without limitation, the consumption of alcohol or other controlled substances), defamatory statements, words or symbols widely considered offensive; (vi) may not be sexually explicit or suggestive, profane or pornographic or contain nudity; (vii) must have been created specifically for this Sweepstakes; and each entrant warrants and represents that their Photo complies with all of those conditions.

7. WINNER SELECTION AND ODDS: Potential winners will be selected via a series of random drawings from among all eligible entries received. The drawings will take place on or about September 1, 2026. Provided that the Photos comply with these Official Rules (including the Content Guidelines in Section 6 above), the quality of the Photos will not be taken into account in the winner selection procedure. In addition, the specific type of existing technology depicted in the Photo will not in any way affect the prize that an entrant selected in a random drawing may potentially win (for example: an entrant who uploads a Photo of a television will not necessarily win a television). The drawings will be conducted by Administrator, an independent judging organization/administrator, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winners will be notified on or about September 3, 2026 using the information provided in the entry. For Yardbird Prize only (as described below), potential winners must provide a shipping address within three (3) business days after notification. Failure to respond may result in disqualification, prize forfeiture and selection of an alternate potential winner from among all remaining eligible entries received. Sponsor has the right to confirm potential winner's eligibility prior to any Prize award.

Administrator will attempt to notify each potential winner as set forth above, but Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for any delayed, corrupted or undelivered e-mails, including without limitation emails that are not received because of a winner’s privacy or spam filter settings which may divert any Sweepstakes e-mail, including any winner notification email, to a “spam” or junk folder as well as having an outdated or obsolete email on file with Best Buy®.

In the event of any dispute concerning the identity of any entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the natural person who is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address provided on 3x5 notecard  and/or reflected in their account for My Best Buy™/My Best Buy Plus™/My Best Buy Total™ membership . "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

Except where legally prohibited, Winners grant (and agrees to confirm in writing) permission for Sponsor and its designees  to use such Winners' names, photograph, voice, likeness, and/or statements made by, or attributed to the Winners in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, including, without limitation, on the World Wide Web, without notice, review or approval or further compensation and in perpetuity.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, INCLUDING THE PRIZES, IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE ONLY WARRANTY – IF ANY – ON PRIZES IS THAT OF THE CORRESPONDING MANUFACTURER/PRIZE SUPPLIER; AND, SHOULD THERE BE ANY SUCH WARRANTY, IT IS STRICTLY LIMITED TO ITS EXPRESS TERMS.

11. DISPUTES: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of Entrants, Administrator, and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other state’s or jurisdiction’s laws. By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any judicial proceeding shall take place in a federal or state court located in Minnesota; (iii) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event will attorneys’ fees be awarded or recoverable; (iv) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to seek, punitive, incidental, exemplary, consequential, special damages, lost profits, other damages, and/or any rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased; and (v) Entrant’s remedies are limited to a claim for money damages (if any) and he/she waives any right to seek injunctive or equitable relief.
