I don’t often write reviews, but I’m making an exception in this case. This speaker is great...just what I was looking for. However, your results may vary as I was only looking to add sound for my desktop work computer. I don’t think this speaker would work so great for a big TV in your den, obviously, but it would probably be OK for a small TV in your bedroom. Again, for my purposes it’s really good. I just needed it for webinars, the occasional YouTube video, etc...nothing “critical.” I don’t do gaming or watch movies on this computer, so immersive sound isn’t important in this case. But this little speaker is more than adequate for my needs. Sitting 2-3 feet away from it it sounds very good. I also like the appearance and the size...fits perfectly under my monitor. Simple controls...even a remote. I also like the connection options. I’m using mine via Bluetooth...it was easy to pair and so far has been 100% reliable. To top it off, it was on sale so I even saved $30!

I never thought that much sound could come out of something small!! Took me a monute to set up but thats cuz manuals are for quiters hahaha the sound quality is amazing the size fit perfectly on a small shelf under my tv and quick and easy set up!!

Love it. I was wanting to get a sound bar as my living room t.v. speaker was wimpy. Saw this one on sale for $40 so I gave it a try and I'm very pleased. I experimented with the Bluetooth & optical cable and the optical cable produces the best sound. Now my t.v. sounds great. If you just want your t.v. to sound better & don't want to spend a bunch of money I highly recommend this soundboard.

I purchased the larger version of this with the sub for my den and figured I would give this one a try for under my monitor in my office. Is it high-end audio? No. But does it do the job for 49 bucks? Absolutely. I recommend this for close proximity listening at lower levels. For the price, you just can't beat it. These have a theater mode button that gives the sound some dimension. I EQ up things just a bit - need a little more bass response at low listening but overall super happy and a great space saver on the desk.

Picked this up on sale for a second room tv and wanted to upgrade over the tv speakers. I have to say. This compact size speaker puts out much better audio nice and clear than the tv speakers with a little good bass. Well worth an upgrade for tvs 32 inch or smaller. Has a blue tooth feature also to where you can connect blue tooth enable devices. There is no HDMI connector but, comes with an RCA cable with the audio plug adapter. I decided to go with the optical connection which the cable was not included. I picked up a $6 optical cable from Best buy.com and included it with the order.
