Awesome laptop if you are able to get one that doesn’t have any issues. First 1 had bad screen light bleed, 2nd had a damaged screen out the box (see pic below) and the 3rd one, that was supposed to be an geek squad certified excellent open box model crashed like crazy. Pretty frustrating until you get a working one then all is good again. Thanks to best-buy for having such an awesome return policy! Also you must get better Ram to unleash the power of this machine.

I bought this computer. because it seemed like a decent (and much cheaper!) alternative to the other one I had purchased. I also liked the larger 17” screen and the fact that it had a numeric keypad which would be useful for keyboard commands in FS2020 (the reason I bought it) and for entering lots of numbers into spreadsheets and such. I returned it because: A) The display is only 1080P. Given today’s 4k displays, it just didn’t stack up. B) The numeric keypad didn’t have an enter key. So much for entering numeric data quickly. C) Keyboard felt cheap. Lots of clickety-clack. D) Frame rates in FS2020 didn’t stack up when outputting to a 4k monitor. If the only issue was D, I most certainly would have kept it (and the extra $1400 I spent on the one I kept), but with those other things, plus a few other little things, I decided to return it. It could be a great laptop for some- (I REALLY wanted to like it!) it was just not for me.

This is a powerful laptop. but when I take a Zoom class and surf some websites the lag will appear. And the main thing that made me return this machine is that it makes a very annoying noise when in light work mode. It's like the sound of a motor running, not the fans.

Great laptop. Has all the features I needed for School/ occasional gaming. Love the LED lights and the tactical keyboard.

Lasted two months now I have to pay to send it in so they can repair.
