Sturdy super easy set up
Flames are realistic, wood is quality. Holds my 65 inch effortlessly, set up about 2 hours considering it was myself & daughter putting it together.

Great Quality
I'm a 40 year old woman and I was able to put this together by myself. It was really easy the wood is very heavy. I love nice things and this is really nice. It took me about 2 hours to put it together. My TV is a 55' and it fits fine.

Best purchase I've made recently.
ABOUT MY SITUATION: I live in a small 2 bedroom farm house that has ZERO insulation and was built, probably in the 30's. Maybe. Though it has been renovated, there still is no insulation so, I'm looking for a way to heat my little old abode on a budget. I'm oping to mainly use this and I do have other methods but my goal is to use mostly just this. ABOUT DELIVERY: if you have it delivered and you have stairs make sure you are looking out your window frequently so you can catch the delivery people before they drop it off and leave you to carry it up the steps. That thing is heavy and I do mean heavy! PUTTING THE MEDIA STAND TOGETHER: I decided to try putting this together by myself, be advised, put your pets in another room. I did not use the instruction manual, instead I opted for using the video with the two guys putting it together. I think I must of run through and partially ran through that video 50 or so times because I was putting it together from back to front and they are putting it together from front to back and the video only shows one piece of two identical pieces being put in place with a complete view of the two pieces after they show you the guys inserting one. Confusing. First of all I did not have enough room to lay out all the pieces like they are at the beginning of the video so I went by the video and by eyeing various pieces, some of which were laid out on the deck of my inclosed porch and some of which were still in the box. Well I had to restart the process of putting the stand together 3 different times because I kept starting off with the wrong large base piece. To make matters worse I read a review on here that the stand is flimsy when put together (sooo not true at all) so I decided to put some wood glue in all the holes that have those little wooden pegs inserted into them when putting it together (sooo not necessary). All I have to say is thank goodness Gorilla wood glue does not set as fast as super glue or I would of been in trouble lol! The key to putting it together is to make sure ALL of the wooden and metal pegs line up with their respective holes and make sure all the metal pegs are locked completely into place. It should not be too difficult to flip those metal switches to turn the T shaped peg. If you are sure the T is fit in the hole you may have to lift the wood a bit to be able to flip the switch but everything should go in place fairly easily. If you've secured everything correctly the stand is a brick that has zero wobble or give. It did take me roughly 2 hours maybe a little more because I didn't pay as much attention to the pieces as I should of been. In other words Lady Karma smacked me upside the head for scoffing at some of the reviews in which people said it took them 2 hours to assemble the media stand. INSTALLING THE HEATER: Once the media stand is together it's a simple matter of taking the fireplace out of the box and sliding it into place on the media stand. There is a block of wood with a wooden peg and two T shaped metal pieces that lock into place. It's that simple and what's nice is as another reviewer said, there is extra space back there. I have my surge protector and power block for my xbox resting neatly in that space. ABOUT THE ELECTRIC FIREPLACE: For those interested about the fireplace itself, the fireplace is the "Classic Flame 26 inch SpectraFire Infrared Electric Fireplace Insert" with quartz tubes. The model number for this heater is 2611033FGL. Specifications: Volts: 12 Amps: 12.5 Watts: 1500 Wiring: Plug in (features a safety plug that can gauge if the plug it is getting too hot and will automatically turn the heater off.) Bulb Type: LED Approvals: Designed and Certified to meet CSA standards BTUs: 5200 Heating Area: 1000 sq. feet. Remote Control: Yes (Multifunction) This heater has 2 flame colors (one color is orange and the other color is a combo of orange with blue in the middle) and each color has three brightness level settings. This heater also has a digital thermostat ranging from 62 to I believe the highest setting is 86 and you can change the temperature in increments of 2. This heater also include a timer so you can set it for how long you want it to run before it shuts off completely. 2,4,6,8, and I do believe 12 hours is the highest it goes. You can use either the buttons on the front of the fireplace or the included remote control to change all the available settings. FINAL THOUGHTS: I LOVE my purchase, the stand is beautiful and solid as a rock (as the song goes) and is PLENTY big enough for my 60 inch black friday deal tv I bought for $300 a few years ago and big enough for my Dish receiver and Xbox console with room to spare. The fireplace is beautiful and provides comfortable heat through 85% of my small, old, non insulated humble abode. The flames are incredibly realistic and the heat and light settings are adequate for my needs and can be controlled with or without the remote. I would absolutely buy this thing again!

Love it.
Beautiful piece of furniture! Very easy to assemble, but it would have been easier with two people. Also need a little muscle. It is very solid, nicer quality than all assembled furniture we have previously bought. Love the fireplace and all the settings for it.
