Real review
I’m doing a review of CORSAIR XENEON 32QHD165 Panel size: 32-inch Panel technology: IPS Native resolution: 2560 x 1440 Aspect Ratio: 16:9 Refresh rate: 165Hz Response time: 1ms MPRT HDR: VESA DisplayHDR 400 Contrast: 1,000:1 Color: 98 percent DCI-P3 Brightness: 400 cd/m2 Inputs: DisplayPort 1.4 x1, HDMI 2.0 x2, USB Type-C with 15W charging Other: AMD FreeSync Premium, G-Sync compatible The Corsair XENEON is suppose to be a Top-tier 1440p 165hz gaming monster with a $799.99 usd price tag But does it deliver as advertise well no but it doesn’t make it hot garbage we’ll… We’ll it does have a nice build Quality Rgbs would of been nice, but this monitor is an absolute beauty of a display and cable management is Second to none If your a streamer and use Elgato products then you have the perfect monitor, but I don’t use elgato products as of yet and I’m reviewing it from a pure hearted gamers prospective Not let’s get into HDR once you turn it on in windows You’ve just enabled hot laggy garbage lol with most of your osd setting grayed out and making this monitor unusable so the worse hdr performance I’ve ever seen, with can be a deal breaker for some Now let’s talk about adaptive sync will We’ll on the box it only supports free sync premium and the word on the street is that it’s g sync compatible, but In the osd free sync has to be enabled in order for Nvidia control panel to detect it, and if your looking to get the full 165hz in 1440p without your fps going all over the place and a crap load of visual tear I would recommend a 3080 or higher to be safe, VVR without g sync or free is a mess in war zone I couldn’t hit 165hz as I normally do and was alternating form 70 to 130 fps a very unpleasant experience so Gsync hardware would of throw this monitor over the top With gysnc enabled I sustain a steady 165hz The quantum that display is gorgeous 98% DCI-P3 400 nits of brightness Contrast: 1,000:1 at 32” inches Great for contact creation and media and a decent job for gaming even with the lack of pixel density And decent speeds and performance with a delightful low input experience in shooters like Cold War and warzone Final thoughts To be honest it doesn’t do anything better then it’s Competition except cable management What it does good it does it on average to above average at best Even though I’m a Corsair fan boy and want to like it, but it doesn’t fulfill my desire to have the greatest gaming monitor on the planet so my search will continue, but I’m not getting sponsored or paid to do this review by anyone i’m giving the most honest review as possible but I’m sure in the future Corsair will learn from their mistakes from the XENEON 32qhd165 and create a beasts that will dominate the market so listen to the people Corsair I’m sure you’ll do fine don’t be razor Pros Decent Motion clarity and performance Excellent cable management Excellent console mode input Excellent SDR image quality Excellent build quality ICue Software OSD(easy to up grade firmware) 1ms MPRT Cons Terrible HDR Price Terrible G Sync Support Not enough features Mediocre pitcher settings Could be faster Lacking gamer osd

Backlight bleed
Considerable amount of backlight bleed along the bottom of the monitor.

Love it, a lot bigger then expected.
Perfect size for me. Colors look great. Will need to connect the type-c to the pc to adjust settings with icue. Didn’t notice any difference with hdr turned on or off. It was a pain in the butt to set up and connect the DP just due to angle and position on my table.

Couldn't be happier
Fantastic color accuracy and brightness. Works flawlessly at 165hz. A total steal at $400 but a moderate disappointment at it's original MSRP.
