This does a great job for making bread. It has a large platform that will hold a good sized bowl. It is more accurate to measure flour and other dry ingredients by weight, rather than using measuring cups. With the tare function, this scale makes it easy to weigh flour and other ingredients when making your own bread. Very accurate and easy to clean.

I love this scale! It is very accurate. I have used all of the settings and they work great. The numbers are big. The part where you weigh the food is a great size. I have used several different scales, and this is the best.

I am so glad I purchased this scale. It is very easy to use and takes up minimal space in my kitchen. Has a variety of measuring volumes. Just started using a Fitbit about 5 weeks ago and this has been extremely helpful when calculating caloric intake.

I liked the quality looking metal, so I chose this over other plastic ones with comparable features. I like that you can have the scale zero out with a cup or bowl on the scale so there's no guess work when adding stuff to a mix. This scale also can be used for heavier objects than some other scales. I also use this to weigh postal packages (although this isn't meant for that purpose). Lastly, I like that it has a low profile so stores easy in my kitchen shelving.
