Greatest Purchase!
Cleans the dishes real good. No ugly smell in the dishwasher or on the dishes. I can run the dishwasher at night and not hear it going while trying to sleep. So much better compared to my old one. It’s so quiet that I have to put my hand to make sure it’s running. Plus no water stains stay on the outside. Best deal ever all the way around.

GOUGED BY THE INSTALLATION COMPANY
First things first, great dishwasher for the price. Happy with purchase. Unhappy with installation. I was okay with the cost for delivery, installation, and disposal. It was a bit rich, but the convenience represented value. Included within this price was a parts kit for install, priced at $40 for the kit. As promised on the day before the delivery, I received an email telling me that my actual installation window was between "6:59pm and 7:00pm". Assuming an error, I called BB in the morning. After sitting on various holds for over 30m, the phone rep said the delivery would be the last on the route around 5:30p. Tech showed up at 3p, Not really a big deal. Here's the ringer. the tech pulls out the old unit, and tells my wife the parts from the kit won't work, and the air gap vent needs replacement. He charged us $200 for a braided line, an air line, a vent cap, and couplings. This is ridiculous. Having no other option but for us to cancel the installation and hire another contractor to complete the install, we paid their ransom and completed the install. Those parts are worth $50 at best, and we've already paid for the installation labor! While I understand that the installation company is independent from BB, your company ultimately vetted ABC Installations of Garden Grove, CA to provide service under your brand. We genuinely feel like we were hosed, pun intended. I like one-stop shopping, but if this is the level of service we should expect from BB, my one stop may not be here next time. A company as robust as BB should not trust its reputation to 3rd-string grifters like ABC Installations

Quiet but doesn't dry and poorly built, no frame.
You get what you pay for. We had picked out this model due to its quietness but that's where the good stops. We should've known that this wasn't worth it when it was installed. The dishwasher doesn't really have a frame and the stainless-steel tub is all there is holding this thing together. You have the Tub with a few guides and a door, that's it. When being installed there were problems on getting it to sit even. Since there's no real frame, there's nothing to push/pull/slide to even it out, Then, you have the electrical on the OPPOSITE side of everything else making it a stretch even with a long power cord. I would just build your own or take a 6 ft 14-gauge extension cord and cut the female plug off and use it. Now for functions. Easy controls but poor design. The racks are worthless. Unless you use basic Dollar Store dishes, you won't be happy for they can't support anything else. We do good to get a set of 4 and NOT the 10 as it says it can handle. We can fit 6 regular plates and 6 small plates or 4 large, 4 small and 4 bowls on the lower and on the top, 4 mugs, 4 glasses and 4 bowls or 6 saucers. Mugs or anything with a cupped bottom will hold water. The fold downs designed to hold the dishes and silverware are worthless. They don't allow for MOST dishes, glasses and mugs. They don't sit and if you try to put a larger glass in the slot the glass will just fall and more than likely break. If you put taller glasses in the middle where you would put any other glasses, they simply fall over. Anything above 12 oz thin glasses, you're out of luck. Ours are wide rimmed 16 oz. There's no angle in the middle or front of your top rack which causes the problem. It's designed for strictly Coffee/Tea Saucers or just 4 tiny bowls and 4 large glasses and 2 medium coffee mugs or 4 small coffee mugs. The Bottom Rack doesn't hold plates other than what you would get at a dollar store. Regular Ceramic Plates need to be spaced 3 spaces apart or they will smash together when washing and the same for bowls or plates larger than 4 in or maybe 6 in at best. The fold-down for silverware will only accommodate thin silverware. Anything like good Bread Knives, Steak Knives or Designed Handles/Stems will NOT fit making the Fold-Downs more of a nuisance than anything practical. As for cleaning, I guess it's okay. I mean we use it to sanitize our dishes not to wash dishes caked in dried food. When it comes to drying, this doesn't even get them semi-dry. Dishes, no matter the heat dry or sanitize, have to be dried by hand after it finishes. I think part of the issue is the vent is just a tiny 1.5 in vent to the left of the dishwasher. Doesn't allow for moisture to escape allowing for steam to just condensate keeping everything as wet as if you just took it out of a sink of water. Quiet but doesn't do the job.

Dishwasher needed; it was exactly what we need.
We needed a new dishwasher and Best Buy had the perfect model. It was easy to transport and easy to install. The clerk was most helpful in helping me fill out the credit application. It was extremely easy to get approved. Thanks Best Buy.

Amazing bargain, noise level ok
I got this for an amazing price on 4th of July and it was worth missing the fireworks. Can't beat this price for stainless outside and full inside. Isn't as quiet as a much more expensive model but much quieter than my 1980s model - measured at 55dB. Self Install was pretty straightforward. Channels on bottom to route supply to front left, power to front right, drain connects to back. I got an 8' supply hose and needed every inch with my sink on the right. Dishrack has narrow slots but fits my Corelle just fine. Miss 3rd rack and auto-open door on high end Bosch. Dishes don't dry as well without the auto-open door.
