Good price
Cheaper than Dell! Battery lasts about 4hours. Can't remember how long my original battery lasted when new. Does the job.

Good Battery
Bought the battery for a Dell Laptop. It is about 3 months and so far working without a problem. It had no problems and no issues with fitting in the battery slot

Did not work
My daughter bought this for her laptop. We both checked and double checked to make sure it was the right one. When she got it she put it in and made sure it was fully charged, it died in less than an hour. I went through Dell and got her one from there that works great. I have bought laptop batteries through Best Buy before and never had a problem till now.

Great Battery
I put the battery in my computer started charging in no time! So far I am very satisfied ! Best Buy was the only on line service that had my battery! Thank you
