Low volume
The volume level is low and they ear buds are bulky and don't stay in my ears.

They work - What else do you need to know?
The product successfully delivered the sound from my device to my ears. That was my objective, and my objective was met. I would have liked a little more volume, but I was able to hear my music over the background noise of the gym. The price was low enough that I bought a similar product and it performed...similarly. I'm surprised there are products of this quality in this price range.
