Cooking for a single person can be challenging. I've made a couple of (small) batches of really good chicken stew in this very small crock pot. However, the cooking time was less than half what I anticipated based on the instructions that came with the pot and recipes for slow cookers elsewhere. The ceramic pot is sturdy and easy to wash, but as other reviews indicated, the lid doesn't fit quite as well as it could; you have to place it carefully, rather than just plopping it onto the pot.

I’m a student and this is dorm ready to use if you know what I mean. It’s just enough for my personal use. I can cook chili, soup, pasta and beans which is a plus for me. Clean up is so easy. Thanks Best Buy. Oh and I purchased this during Black Friday.

Purchased to use as a compact basalt stone warmer. Takes about 15 min to warm stones completely, then keep on low setting to maintain temperature. Works great and doesn't take up a lot of space. Holds about 8 med stones and 8 toe stones.

This product worked very well. I have used it several times since just getting it recently. It is wonderful for heating up appetizers and sauces. I would definitely recommend this small crock pot.
