• A:Answer Hi, I do not believe that BestBuy will come to your daughter’s school to repair it for her. I believe that you will need to bring it to a store and have them ship it off for repair through the manufacturer. Hope that this helped!

Q: QuestionPurchased 3 year protection back in January of this year for my vacuum. The vacuum works however there is a tear in the wire attached. If it tears more it could affect of the vacuum turns on . Is this something that can be fixed ?

• A:Answer Should be. I purchased the 3 year accident policy with Geek Squad. You might have to look into the actual warranty policy. It gives examples of what is covered/what is not and has lots of FAQ examples too. I was able to do this through the Best Buy order history on my account.
