• yes they covered mine it would go dark or black out and id have to reset the tv to fix it would last about 10 min then repeat

• Yes I do believe so. Our insignia screen went out on us and they came out to try and fix it , but ultimately decided that a full refund for the TV , or another similar TV to replace the broken one was the best choice to resolve the issue.
