That would depend on the size of your tv and what may be wrong with it. For example. If it is a cracked screen. You can take it in and if you are still in the 30 day window. You might be able to exchange it. If it has lines on it going up and down or side to side and they appeared out of nowhere. I’d call their tech support and go off the directions that they give you. You may be charged a fee unless you got an extended warranty or have a tech support program that they offer.

The cost of your plan initially is based on the TV size so you wont pay as much for a smaller screen therefore you wont get in home service.
