“I called store on possible warranty coverage. i told them the model number and they verified TV was under warranty. i then asked, i have scratch on screen, does it cover that? answer was yes, and for other screen damage. Geek dude said no ???”

it is sad when Geek squad says one thing and others say otherwise. makes is confusing and lose trust.... lose faith in Best Buy
