Jenny, you should contact Geek Squad Customer Service regarding the extended warranty. They can tell you both what is and isn't covered.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The answer is no, we were originally told by the salesman the warranty covered accidental damage. Dealing with this right now as one of our 3 year olds threw a toy at the screen and geek squad/ Best Buy is saying it’s not covered.
