It is on the receipt. I have stopped by the store and they have printed duplicates in the past. I try to hold on to the originals, but, the thermal paper they print on does not age well.

I suggest that you check your email you used at check out (if purchased online), the receipt, or even your Best Buy account. If you cannot find it, contact Best Buy directly. Hope this helps.

The proof pf purchase should be included in your purchase history. It should be listed right under the TV purchase.
