If you did not purchase a tv that was meant to be outside it voids your warranty keeping it outside. Regular TVs are not meant to be kept outside and will end up damaged in the long run whether you cover it or not. Humidity finds its way in regardless.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.First of all no one explained that the tv could not go outside. Had we know that #1 we would have not put it outside and #2 we surely would not have purchased the warranty. The geek squad suggested that maybe y’all could return our money we paid for the warranty. There is no way that after only being outside for a month this tv should have gone out that fast. Isn’t it possible that it was just a defective tv to start off with. So I am left with a broken tv after only using one time. This is very frustrating and disappointing! Can u at least return our warranty money? Please respond Thanks

Even if your unit is undercover, it is still exposed to outside elements .... moisture, condensation, varying temps, bugs/spiders, etc. Electronics do not do well in exterior environments unless specifically says it can withstand outside elements.
