If the TV is 51" or larger, please call (800) GEEK-SQUAD or (800) 433-5778 to schedule for a Geek Squad Agent to come out to your home for a diagnostic under your Geek Squad Protection. If the TV is under 51", you can visit us online at www.geeksquad.com/schedule to schedule a time to bring your TV in to your local store for it to be shipped out for repairs.
