“Does the Geek Squad protection plan begin after the manufacturers warranty period? Or are they running concurrent? Because I have a problem with my TV and Geek Squad told me to call manufacturer by Geek Squad staff.”

I was told it kicks in after the manufacturer’s warranty expires.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I was told this is an extended warranty. So, 1 year manufacture warranty then 2 year BB warranty. Not so, I got 2 year total and now the picture is out. Buy from Sam's or Costco, you get additional 5 year warranty on top of manu warranty.
