• Hello LewisB – You’ll want to get that checked out by an Autotech at your local store. It could be an issue with the radio itself, or with the installation. Please give your local Best Buy a call or visit to set up a time to get it checked out.

• Idiots didnt hook up the memory wire to a non switched source must be hooked up to constant power take it back make them do it right they are idiots

• They did a poor job installing the stereo... the wiring was not connected to the correct wires from the car. the red should be the ignition switch wire the yellow to the positive of the battery the black to the ground. They may have not connected them securely. But since this was 3 years ago you probably got it fixed by now LOL.....

• The shop didn't hook up the 12v wire to a constant supply. Sounds like they're using the accessory wire for both the 12v and ignition wires on the deck.

• Take it back to the stereo shop. They don't have something wired right or something is wrong with the radio. Either way they should fix it or remove it so you can take it back.

• where did you go for the install? I would next since it has been 8 months if the shop you went to won't fix the issue. Either go to Best Buy or Monro Inc and have them check out the install. I believe either the radio is bad out of the box or you have a wiring issue
