“How important is internet connection if your TV is smart and already has internet connection”

• The only reason you would need an internet connection is to stream content from the internet. If your TV does this then you don't need it. With that said, You may not be able to utilize the speakers that come with this system when streaming from the TV.

• The internet connection is used to run the apps included in the receiver like netflix etccc. Doesnt require internet to set up the audio on it
