“I bought my kids TV's in Dec 2015 (2) 43" sharp Roku TV's the sales rep offered the 5yr warranty plan for each TV first I said no! but he said it would cover accidental damage so I accepted 5yr.warranty/protection plan now they say it's not cover why?”

While Geek Squad Protection for televisions would cover things such as malfunctioning internal components and dead pixels from the result of normal use, it wouldn’t cover accidental damage from handling.
