I'm pretty sure installation is a separate fee from the protection plan. The protection plan just covers if something were to go wrong with the TV functionality (does not include damage due to user error. ie: cracked screen due to flying object.) If you want Best Buy to install it, you will need to pay extra. Unless of course you are a convincing person, and are able to talk them into doing it for free, but probably not.
