• I would contact the customer service number located in the owner's manual. If they cannot assist you, I wouldn't hesitate to return it to Best Buy. Should be an easy transaction

• I would defintiely take it to Geek Squad if you have protection so they can run a diagnostic. But if it was me, I'd return it.

• So the remote works, but when you push the "setup" button you see nothing? If yes, I would send it back. Does setup work using the buttons on the TV? TV works otherwise? You need to clarify.
