The problems you are having with your tv. That is not anything on Best buys part.you need to call your cable company.for the internet connection and lagging. So call your cable provider then can help you with all your problems you are having
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I received a store credit when my 2yr old Visio LED TV developed an issue with it’s panel (not replaceable). First, though, I would recommend researching the issue online and verify it has the latest firmware. Then have Geek Squad come out, evaluate the issue and recommend a resolution. You won’t get anywhere until they have determined the cause of the issue and attempted a repair.
