“I bought a new Samsung Smart TV. I get the surround sound with my cable channels; however, when I play any of the apps on the TV, such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, TV Plus, etc., the sound only comes from TV. Samsung couldn't solve the problem. Suggestions?”

Change to PROGRAM until all the speaker lights are on, Mine is on AV2 and the HDMI next to the TV indicator is on. All 5 speakers and the bass work using these settings.
