You always get a year at least. I'd grab the packaging and find that little warranty slip. Call them and tell them what happened.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.it honestly seems kinda odd that it just cracked, unless theyve had that issue before the process might be a little more difficult/frustrating. The mfg warranty only covers parts, but not the labor so they wont actually replace the screen for you but they might send you a new one or something. (usually the mfg warranty doesnt cover accidents, not sure how lightly theyd take the problem) their should be a a number/email/site listed in one of the manuals that came with the laptop, if not id suggest going to their actual website and going through them, last resort id take to geek squad/small shops that do repairs see how much theyd charge, if its too much itd be better off getting a new one.
