• There might be other ways, but we solved this with a chromecast. Some apps can "cast" directly to things like smart tvs and rokus, but the chromecast had an option to Cast a whole browser tab to the screen. "Cast" is usually an option on the "three dots" menu.

• I think you can do it with an adapter going from USB to HDMI.
