“Would this be a decent computer to use for photo/video processing? I do a lot of video editing as well as Photoshop type applications. My grandsons may want to play Fortnight occasionally when they visit, but it would not be used much for gaming.”

Although I believe the video card would serve you well you might consider the next model up that has a better i7 processing capacity and utilizes a solid state drive and a slightly upgraded video card.
