Acer has recently posted a BIOS update that addresses freezing and black screens during heavy use. Please try again later.I always restart my computer then clear my cache on my browser when this happens with online games.... it is usually something at their end or your cache is full of temp files you don't need. If this has something to do with something not online still restart your computer or give it a couple of minutes to catch up to what you are doing.... sometimes we humans do push too many buttons at a time and it takes the machine a bit to catch up.... if this occurs often then take it to the geek squad and they can run a diagnostic for you, it could have something with programs on your computer such as anti virus software having conflicts.
