Download the BIOS file to your Nitro 5, which is a ZIP file. Use a decompression app such as WinRAR to decompress the ZIP file you've just downloaded and double-click the .exe file. Just make sure the AC power is connected before starting the BIOS flash. Just to be safe, you might also want to create a System Restore first.
