I can't say how Grand Theft runs as I don't own it. FO4 runs well at medium settings I have tried higher.I currently don't have the laptop with me so I cannot give framerstes.

While Acer does not test many gaming applications we would recommend you check that the computer meets the system requirements of the application/game to determine if it will work.
