• A:Answer It dose run them smoothly but would recommend installing a second m.2 drive or SATA drive to install the games due to only having 256GB also would recommend upgrade ram to at least 16 gb once that's done will play almost any game with no problem

• A:Answer Unfortunately Mario I went through the same issue and Best Buy was no help. They didn't honor for me and I am escalating the same issue to the corporate office this week. I was told have to pay 15.00 to get it they could find a way to add it on because I should have received it when I purchased and I did not. They didn't give it to me yet they wanted me to pay and I was notified by acer that this was Best Buy issue not them it was an exclusive offer as this particular model is set for Best Buy to Sale... Period.. Maybe if we make enough noise we can get our Xbox pass =)...
