1-1 of 1 Answer
As with anything else when it comes to computers, bigger and more powerful is almost always better. Almost. The second part of your question fails to take into account the type of game you might want, and which specific engine and software you would be using.: CryEngine, GameMaker, Java, AppGameKit Studio, Core, Game Builder Garage, Godot, etc. So for both parts of your inquiry, I recommend you do your OWN research into the answer. Take some responsibility for your life, instead of depending on an unknown bunch of randos. To find out whether a specific computer build enables playing a specific game, go to the game manufacturer's website and search for the game, where you will find a full list of system requirements, both minimum (game can be played under the correct circumstances) and recommended (game can be played with full flexibility and enjoyment). The same goes for any programming applications you might have in mind.
