I would have ignored this question if I hadn't seen Acer's reply, which is kind of wonky. First of all, for specific software, check the software's website. Always. The other way is backwards. Second, About "memory things," Acer answers "There are two M.2 SSD slots that support up to 16GB each, for max total of 32GB." "M.2" and "SSD" has nothing to do with the RAM, which is an independent feature and connects with SODIMM-related pins, not related. You would have to check the Acer website or manual, or the one for the motherboard, to find the specifics on the memory. Here, it is just stated that it uses DDR5 RAM.
