• Yes, the output is very clear. You can also customize audio quality through the Dolby audio app and you can also install Dolby Access from the windows store for a better spatial sound engine for improved audio quality. However, if you're broadcasting, try always using digital audio output, like through USB-C or regular USB for much clearer quality.

• These can do anything a normal windows computer can, and 64bit operating system is great for streaming. you will want to upgrade the storage if you plan to store a lot of files though.
