• No, you need a router that's about 150 - 200 dollars for that, There might be an older model available though.

• That depends, if you're using their FIOS you will most likely need the modem/router they provide. It's about 200 dollars if you choose to buy that. This modem in particular I'd call them and ask what modems can be used with their other services.

• No, it will not work with Verizon Fios. It works with Verizon DSL high speed internet.

• Yes, anything made by ActionTec will work with FiOS. Verizon has a contract with them. Speaking as someone who works for Verizon FiOS sales.
